Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken Tacos

Who doesn't love tacos? I'm always looking for new ways to eat anything in a taco shell or tortilla.


This recipe is really refreshing and it's so simple! The hardest part is peeling the mango. Seriously!


Put all your ingredients in a crockpot and let it cook all day. Prep time is anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes. Cook time is 6 hours. We get about 16 tacos out of the meal, but it will depend on how big you make your tacos!


Tips: I cook my Hawaiian Chicken for 6 hours, then I'll shred the chicken and turn my crockpot to warm for 30-60 minutes. Just to let all that flavorful juice soak in! We use and recommend Pepper Jack Cheese as a topping. The taco mixture is pretty sweet so the spicy cheese really helps to balance it all out.
